This place suits me perfectly with strong wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find parking, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

It was just a strong match for a budget stay in Houston with very good value for money. Check-in took too long, but at least I got the second room quickly when the first had a bad smell. Bring your own toiletries since they don’t restock them regularly.

Check-in was a bit shaky
So I arrived at 6pm and there was no one at the front desk for like 30 mins. While waiting, it got super frustrating 😤. Finally got checked in but my first room had this awful smell. They switched me to another room, but c'mon, that first impression was rough. The snack bar was a nice touch, though!

The hotel was unfortunately closed due to
water pipe issues, which was disappointing. I arrived to find only a note on the door and had to find accommodations elsewhere. The nearby hotel was chaotic and unhelpful, making for a very stressful night without proper lodging.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
Front desk staff were polite and quick to address issues. The location was convenient for local attractions, making my plans hassle-free. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection.
The water supply was nonexistent for days, causing significant inconvenience. Maintenance issues were apparent, with broken fixtures and reported mold in bathrooms, undermining cleanliness.

The ambiance here is so relaxing, especially with the cozy lounge area and the nice outdoor seating perfect for unwinding. They offered a great selection of snacks in the mini-mart, which really hit the spot after a long day. I did notice the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, I'd recommend it for a chill getaway! 😊

The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated their willingness to provide extra towels promptly. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could use improvement to better cater to various tastes.

Comfortable Stay with Exceptional Service!
I spent 2 nights here and was genuinely impressed. The cozy bed felt like a cloud, and during my stay, the friendly staff promptly assisted me with everything, including a tool I needed for my son's toy. Perfect location for exploring Houston's attractions.

missingWrote a review on 07 Maygood coffeequick wi-filack of breakfast
I just spent 7 nights in a room with 2 Queens, and while the coffee was good and the quick Wi-Fi was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of breakfast options. Wouldn't choose again.

missingWrote a review on 29 Febaverage breakfastquick servicelack of waterpoor servicecleanliness issues
The hotel was unable to provide running water for two days, making basic tasks like showering and using the restroom impossible. There was no offer for a refund despite these issues. Staff attempted to sell bottled water instead during our stay, highlighting significant service deficiencies. The breakfast options were average, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I do not recommend this establishment.
